Flowers/Plants:
As a local family-owned business, pleasing our customers is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, we will happily replace them or provide you with a refund/store credit.
We require you to do the following:
-Notify us of the problem within 5 days of receipt.
-Properly water flowers or plants
-Return the product
-Provide a receipt
Other Products:
Most new, unopened merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a reciept.
All balloons, bath items, food, chocolates/candies, and perishables are final sale.
